I found an interesting book full of many problems in a disjointed family primarily by alcohol seems to me very good example to react to things that happen to us not to fall to the "mud", understand that things happen for a reason and if something bad happens we know we can get up, help us to achieve the greatest satisfaction in life, to value our families and help those who want even after adversity comes the calm and teach us to live in a healthy way to think all the problems that occurred with the family and avoid them, knowing that there are always people who help us in spite of all that it is NEVER too late to overcome or to believe in us, also reports on various topics such as addiction and sexuality, accept the effects of our actions with responsibility nonetheless.

This book taught me a lot, to know that these cases occur very frequently and how to avoid them, follow a good path if we make it to be good people and made.
